Adjarabet gambling hall — technical department and infrastructure renewal

About the project

In 2019 our people took over the technical department of the Adjarabet gambling hall. The first stage was a full renewal of the network infrastructure — servers and switches were replaced, the gaming machine cabling scheme was rebuilt from scratch, the Wi-Fi infrastructure was upgraded and a domain network was set up for the computers.

Across two Adjarabet venues we rolled out Nexio, the operating platform of the Slovenian company Advansys, and trained the staff so that work with the system stayed consistent and correct. The same platform carries the blacklist application, the leaderboards and the marketing campaigns — the tools the hall uses in day-to-day operation.

Video surveillance was a track of its own: the camera system was replaced in full and commissioned from scratch. ITConnect people covered the technical department both at management level and on the floor as technicians.
