WIFI FOR ALL — delivered across Accor group hotels

About the project

We delivered the project across five Accor group hotels: IBIS Tbilisi Airport, IBIS Styles Tbilisi Center, Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure, Swissôtel Tbilisi and Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. We supplied the hardware and configured the networks. The guest network gained a Wi-Fi hotspot authorisation page that lets the hotel and the brand segment guests, deliver the right internet speed to each segment, collect satisfaction feedback and see guest analytics. The project was delivered on the elevensoftware.com platform, at the brand’s requirement.
