About the project

We joined the hotel’s pre-opening in 2019 in a consulting role: assessing the IT systems and implementing the operational software. The engagement deepened over time and we took on the hotel’s full IT management, holding the IT Manager position. With the project delivered, the hotel’s IT stayed under our permanent management — the equipment, the reservations flow, and every digital channel and service.
