About the project
The ITConnect team took part in the opening of Casino Aviator in Tbilisi and then ran its technical department. We handled the casino equipment end to end — receiving the purchased gaming machines, servers and hardware, placing them, installing, configuring and bringing them into operation.
We rolled out Nexio, the operating platform of the Slovenian company Advansys — the system the casino’s jackpots, monitoring and day-to-day operation run on. The installation was carried out together with Advansys: we went through their training, and from there supported the casino’s own staff on the procedures, so that work with the system stayed consistent and correct.
We also managed the setup and technical condition of the casino’s video surveillance — the Dallmeier and Hikvision cameras were commissioned together with Neotech. ITConnect people were present both in the management of the technical department and on the floor as technicians.
