Immunization Center — infrastructure renewal and IT outsourcing

About the project

We joined the Immunization Center at the point where the company decided its day-to-day work should rest on infrastructure it could rely on. We renewed the network equipment and supplied new, stable hardware; set up file storage and a backup system, introduced domain management and licensed the corporate mail. Since then the centre’s IT has been on our outsourcing service — the environment is documented, data is backed up on a schedule, and the responsibility sits with us. In healthcare, system availability shows up directly in how patients are seen, which made continuity the deciding criterion on this project.
