Description
ITConnect is looking for an IT Support Specialist to support client IT infrastructure — networks, servers, CCTV and hotel IT systems. Solid fundamentals in networking and Windows systems are essential.
Responsibilities
- Configuration of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Configuration and monitoring of CCTV cameras and recording systems
- Installation of office software, email, printers and scanners
- Support for hotel software (Opera, Micros, Simphony, MC)
- Setup of PBX telephone systems and conference room equipment
- Incident registration in Helpdesk and monitoring system management
- Client communication and preventive on-site visits
Requirements
- Networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, Switch/Router
- Windows fundamentals: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Experience in IT support, system administration or technical coordination
- Fluent Georgian; English at B2 level
- CCTV and hotel IT systems (PMS, POS, Wi-Fi) — an advantage
