ITConnect is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for IT infrastructure support and maintenance for our clients. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted operation of networks, servers, CCTV systems, and hotel IT solutions. If you have at least 3 years of experience in IT support, send us your resume!
Responsibilities
- Configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics of CCTV cameras and recording systems
- Installation of office software, email, printers, and scanners
- Support for hotel software (Opera, Micros, Simphony, MC)
- Configuration and diagnostics of PBX telephone systems
- Maintenance of conference room audio/video equipment
- Configuration of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Adding devices to monitoring systems and configuring sensors
- Active client communication and preventive on-site visits
- Incident registration in Helpdesk systems
- Monitoring system management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical coordination
- Practical experience in diagnosing network and server issues
- Experience working with CCTV systems
- IT incident management experience
- Ability to prepare technical documentation
- Hotel IT systems experience (PMS, POS, Wi-Fi) — advantage
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, Switch/Router)
- Basic IT security principles — advantage
- English language proficiency at C1 level

- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under stress and multitask
