Full Stack Developer

Description

ITConnect is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on websites, web applications, and mobile applications. Active use of modern AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) will be part of the workflow — we believe AI tools significantly boost developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Website design and development
• Web application development (frontend + backend)
• Mobile application development using React Native
• Maintenance and improvement of existing projects
• Using AI tools for code writing, testing, and optimization
• Client communication to clarify project requirements
• Code quality control and code review
• Technical documentation preparation

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
• Experience with React or Next.js
• React Native knowledge or willingness to learn
• Backend: Node.js, PHP (Laravel) or Python — at least one
• HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS
• Git proficiency
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with AI tools or willingness to adopt
• English at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation

Nice to Have

• Docker knowledge
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Basic AWS/Azure/GCP knowledge
• UI/UX design fundamentals
• Figma proficiency
